We provide ADA guidance and training to businesses, state and local governments, employers, ADA Coordinators, landlords, disability rights organizations, and individuals with disabilities. Founded by Marc Dubin, Esq., former Senior Trial Attorney at the Justice Department, in the Disability Rights Section of the Civil Rights Division. For over a decade, Marc was responsible for nationwide enforcement of the ADA and Section 504 on behalf of the United States.
